The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:

For VAT invoice generation we will also collect and process
· Company Name (where appropriate)

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
· PayPal
o Used during the purchasing of software serial numbers and licences and subscriptions
· User
o Additional data provided by the user for VAT invoice generation
We may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
· Twitter, Facebook, YouTube
o Tweets/Retweets, Post, Comments
We use the information that you have given us to create and manage your software serial number and licences also to generate receipts and VAT invoices. Additionally, we will use the information to inform you of software updates and security issues.
We may also send you relevant marketing emails, which can be opted out of.
We will not share this information with any external organisation.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored in secure encrypted cloud-based database with limited access.
We will keep First Name, Last Name and Email address details for the duration of any subscription and will then remove it after [time period]. We will then dispose your information by remove all serial number, licence records and purchase data.
We will keep First Name, Last Name and Email address details for perpetual licence purchases indefinitely as they are integral to the licencing system. We will remove them upon request, but this will also deactivate the purchased licence.
Address and company details will be retained for a period of [time period] in the form of a rendered invoice, stored in the database, which will then be deleted from the system.
